Bespoke Jewellery

All custom-made (bespoke) jewellery is non-returnable and non-exchangeable, except in cases of manufacturing defects. Please ensure all details are confirmed before production begins.

Manufacturing Warranty

At Sallovia Jewellery, we offer one complimentary resize for engagement and wedding rings within 12 months of completion (subject to design and metal eligibility).

  • Additional resizes beyond 12 months or after the complimentary resize will incur a fee.
  • Resizing your ring with an unauthorised jeweller will void the 12-month warranty.
  • Some rings cannot be resized due to their design; this will be stated in the product description or discussed during the custom design process.

Manufacturing Defects

Manufacturing defects refer to structural flaws in craftsmanship or materials. Most issues become visible within the first few months of wear.

If a defect is found within 12 months, Sallovia will repair or replace the item at no cost.

Consumer Guarantees Do Not Apply If:

  • You received the correct item but changed your mind, no longer like it, or no longer need it.
  • The item was damaged due to misuse, neglect, or improper care.
  • You were aware of an issue before purchase.

Hygiene & Safety Policy

For hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges on earrings or other pierced jewellery unless the item is faulty. This ensures the highest standards of safety and customer protection.

General Wear & Tear

All fine jewellery is subject to wear over time. Our warranty does not cover:

  • Damage or stone loss due to accidents, mishandling, or general wear
  • Scratches, dents, or abrasions on metal settings (metals are naturally soft and will show signs of wear)
  • Chips or breakage in gemstones caused by impact — while durable, diamonds and moissanite can still chip or crack if struck at certain angles

We recommend an annual jewellery check-up to ensure stones are secure and your piece remains in excellent condition.
